Engagement setup
Everything downstream - statement captions, required primary statements, note pack and disclosure depth - is driven by the framework you pick here.

Signatories & audit
Trial balance
Paste straight out of Tally, Busy, IMS, Swastik or Excel. Columns are detected automatically; anything with both a current and prior column gives you comparatives for free.
Import0 ledgers
Paste tab- or comma-separated rows. Recognised column orders:
Code · Ledger · Debit · Credit |
Ledger · Debit · Credit |
Code · Ledger · Debit · Credit · PY Debit · PY Credit |
Ledger · Balance (Dr +ve / Cr −ve)
Queries & mapping
Where the software is unsure, it asks rather than guesses. Answer a query and the mapping is applied and remembered. You can also extend the chart of accounts with your own rules and captions.
Adjusting journal entries
Post an adjustment here rather than editing the trial balance. The imported figures stay untouched as your unadjusted position, and every statement, note and schedule is prepared on the adjusted balances. Nothing is applied until an entry balances.
Supporting schedules
These feed the note pack, the cash flow statement and the deferred tax computation. Figures typed here flow through to the statements and the workbook.
Income tax - Nepal
Pool depreciation under Schedule 2 of the Income Tax Act, 2058, the taxable income computation, and the deferred tax bridge between book and tax carrying amounts.
Financial statements
Generated live from the trial balance mapping and schedules. Anything that does not tie is flagged in red rather than force-balanced.
Adjust and finalise
The prepared statements are never altered. Anything you change here sits on top of them as your adjustment, and the finalised version is what gets exported. Every line shows what was prepared beside what you made it, and any line reverts on its own.
Audit checks
Materiality, analytical review, exception reports and Nepal-specific compliance tests, run over the mapped trial balance and the schedules. Everything here is evidence to follow up, not an opinion.
Tools
A tape calculator that keeps every entry visible so a mistake can be corrected rather than retyped, and a Bikram Sambat to Gregorian converter covering 2070 to 2090.
Export
A formatted Excel workbook - one sheet per statement, a full note pack with ledger-level breakdowns, the tax computation and the mapped trial balance as a working paper.
